What is included in a typical "Sole Session?"
You will lay back in one of our Lafuma "Zero Gravity" chairs.
The chair of choice comes with a built in, adjustable head rest for your comfort and we use Memory Foam Pillows to support your ankles along with lumbar area of your back.
Don't worry if you get chilled during the session, we provide a blanket for cover! Soothing music and use of wonderful essential oils add to the relaxing experience!
What is included in a typical "Hand Session?"
You will still get deep relaxation with the Hand Reflexology Session! Do you use your hands alot - keying, cutting hair, using Dental Hygeine tools, etc? Then you would love to have a combo session that includes hands...!
