There was a time in this world where the only need was to manage illness and disease.  I think we are now living in a time where we see the need to IMPROVE our Health and Quality of Living.  I understand that the USA is ranked  #1 for Emergency Medicine - but we are ranked below Costa Rica in Preventative Medicine.   Does that not astound you?  It does me!!

Costa Rica is a Third World Country.
